GoalMind Personality
Conversation Starter
Twenty-eight statements about how you tend to operate. You get a four-letter style, then you trade codes with a friend and see both of you on the same four scales. It exists to give two people something honest and interesting to talk about.
This is not a short version of the Balance Wheel
They are different tools that answer different questions, and neither one substitutes for the other.
Asks how you tend to operate: outward or inward, concrete or abstract, logic-first or people-first, settled or open. It's about style, and it's for fun. It does not tell you how your life is going.
Asks how satisfied you are right now in each of the seven areas of life. It's a self-assessment, closer to a thermometer than a personality label — a reading of your current reality that points you to the area where a GoalMind tool will help you most.
Before you start
Answer for how you actually are on an ordinary week — not how you'd like to be, and not how you are at work. First instinct beats careful thought. Takes about five minutes.
Nothing is stored and nothing is sent. Your answers live in this browser tab only. Close it and they're gone. The only way to share a result is the code you choose to copy.

What the score does and doesn't mean
Each bar is a lean, not a box. A result near the middle means you use both sides depending on the day — that scale is close to a coin flip for you. A result out near the edge is the part of the type most likely to show up in how you actually behave.
The letters describe preference, not skill or character. A strong T can be warm. A strong P can hit every deadline. Nothing here measures maturity, intelligence, or worth.
Trade codes
Send this line to your friend. Paste theirs below to put both of you on the same bars.

Short version of every type, so you can argue about whether it got you right.
Now check how your life is actually going
The Ikigai Balance Wheel asks a different question entirely: how satisfied are you, right now, in each of the seven areas of life? Thirty-five questions, about eight minutes, results stay on your device.
Take it often — monthly, quarterly, after anything big. Your answers are supposed to change. Watching an area climb over time is the point, and the reading tells you which area to work on next.
